Self Registration

Welcome to LABS Knowledge Bank! This is a bank of online learning programs created by LABS to increase the number of viable donated organs and tissues by improving the quality and efficiency by which the samples are collected and delivered to our laboratory. Thank you for your participation in this goal.

To register for a course, please fill in the fields below. Once you come to the Course Selection field, make sure that only the courses appropriate to the samples you collect and functions you perform at work are selected. Once you are finished, select 'Submit.' You will then receive an email welcoming you to the course and providing you with your usename and a temporary password to gain access to the course. We hope you enjoy this learning experience!

Please note, how you enter your name is how it will appear on your mastery certificate. This includes whether or not you choose to capitalize your name. Please keep this in mind while registering.
