This course has been developed to train our customers on critical processes involved in completing test requisitions, sample packaging, package shipping and CyberLAB utilization. Additionally, this course is designed to teach our customers how to find critical answers to information that is needed on a daily basis to be successful. It is unlike traditional tests or quizzes you’ve seen in the past. The Knowledge Factor CBA™ Suite is a self-paced approach to learning that builds your knowledge through a series of assessments.
